The Translation Manager not only accompanies you from the creation of the source language content to the finished translation, but also advises you with regard to the entire information lifecycle.

When selecting our Translators, we adhere to the so-called "native speaker principle". This means that the Translator only translates into his or her mother tongue and not into a foreign language. Because it is only in his mother tongue that he or she has the feeling for language that they need in order to translate content in an optimally comprehensible way.

All Translators receive regular training on the efficient use of translation technology, our quality requirements and process optimisation.

Quality boost through 4-eye testing, in accordance with ISO 17100

Once the translation has been completed, the Translator thoroughly proofreads his or her work.

Nevertheless: a factual and objective examination of the text by a second Specialist Translator with an identical qualification profile is always recommended. Because: Four eyes see more than two.

The additional check adds a second opinion, which not only has a controlling function, but also, through the discourse at eye level, raises the precision and comprehensibility of the translation even more.

The task of a Reviser is to check the translation according to formally-defined criteria with the aid of the source text. The Reviser corrects any errors directly in the translation software. In order to form an overall impression of the layout of the text, he or she also has the target language PDF file on hand.
