Our services - What we can do for you

Well-informed users work more successfully, are more satisfied and reach their goals faster – whether as end users in their private lives or as employees during their professional lives. That's why we create content in our Technical Editing department that has a high utility value and can be quickly grasped and is easy to understand.

At home in every profession

Our Technical Editors master the different types of user information, because there are different standards, customs and experiences depending on the industry and field. For example, the requirements for operating instructions for mechanical engineering differ from those for documentation of large plants or operating instructions for consumer products. Other prerequisites apply to internal work instructions. Often compliance with legal and normative requirements also plays a role.

In our Technical Editorial department we have specialists who have already worked in other professions and areas before their training as Technical Editors. They bring this experience to the Editorial team. Specially nominated industry experts have the task of gathering industry knowledge, consolidating it and passing it on internally to their colleagues.

Future-proof positioning

Of course, our Technical Editors create the content media-neutral and reusable in the Content Management System, alternatively, at your request, but also in a DTP system. We use your preferred software or one of our best-practice systems.

By using Content Management Systems and XML standards, we not only reduce the costs for follow-up projects and translations, but also ensure that your content is future-proofed for mobile documentation and Industry 4.0 applications.
