Our services - What we can do for you

In the past, information technology was essentially used to increase efficiency in the creation processes, but in the age of intelligent information systems it is gaining a whole new significance: It is only by doing so that information can be made available in a way that is precisely tailored to the user, the location and the time.

Efficient IT structures are thus the basis for the documentation of the future. Our team of IT Experts, consisting of Consultants, Application Developers, Administrators and Service Staff, specialises in these specific requirements and applications of the modern information lifecycle.

The IT landscape in the information process

There are numerous tasks in the information process that are solved or supported by IT systems. These tasks are so specific that special applications have established themselves here that usually solve the individual tasks better than generic software that covers the entire process.

In practice, these special applications are often operated as isolated solutions. If, however, they are linked with each other, the efficiency of the entire process increases considerably. In addition, linking is the basis for value-added digital applications.

This is why we focus our concepts not only on the individual systems, but also on their linkage. Here we use existing standard interfaces or, alternatively, create individual interfaces.

The IT map clearly shows the numerous interactions of the various systems. The model outlined here represents a best practice approach. In a real project, we work out how your individual IT map should ideally be designed, based on your goals and the existing IT structure.

Best practice systems: Concentration on maximum benefit

For the various tasks in the IT map, there are a multitude of software applications from different providers, each with its own individual advantages and disadvantages. When selecting the right system, not only the actual function but also the integration capability into the overall system must always be assessed.

This is why we select a concrete system from a pool of best practice partners for each task in the information process, which we have thoroughly tested and which gives us as much freedom as possible to program adaptations, extensions and interfaces.

Due to this specialisation on selected systems, we are able to operate and extend these systems and provide support for them.

Nevertheless, we have provided alternative systems for each task if required – either because they already exist or because there are good reasons why a best-practice system should not be used. Because: We always want to find the best solution for you.
