Technical Editorial department 3 looks after our customers in northern Germany and eastern Germany. In addition, Technical Editorial department 3 also looks after customers in Great Britain and Denmark. The team of approximately 25 employees not only takes care of the actual technical editing, but also covers the topics of product safety, terminology, visualisation, consulting and process control. In addition to projects in plant engineering and mechanical engineering, the team works for customers in the consumer goods, medical technology, software development, automotive and food industries.
Technical Editorial 3 is particularly competent in the field of adult education. The employees develop training concepts, create training documents and carry out the training measures themselves.
The Consultants of Technical Editorial 3 develop information concepts for customers and take care of controlling, process optimisation, introduction of Content Management Systems and training concepts. Technical Editorial 3 also give training courses within the framework of the kothes academy and adapt these to customer-specific training courses on all aspects of technical editing and Content Management Systems.
Alexia Hölscher, Head of Technical Editorial 3
Alexia Hölscher joined kothes in 2006 after graduating as a Social Worker and studying Journalism and Technical Communication at Hochschule Gelsenkirchen. First she worked as a Technical Editor, then as Head of Quality Management, and later as Project Manager and Group Leader.
