To solve the problem, it may be necessary to access your computer via remote maintenance (secure connection). In this case a member of the kothes support team will contact you by phone. You can call up the remote maintenance program as follows:

  1. Fig. 55: Help - TeamViewer

    Click in the navigator on the menu HelpTeamViewer (Fig. 55).

    The program TeamViewer is loaded in a separate window (Fig. 56).

  2. Follow the instructions on your screen.
