If changes have been made in events, they can be directly entered in the menu SupportChanges in events can be seen.

  1. Fig. 40: Changes in events

    In the Navigator, click the Changes in Events menu (Fig. 40).

    All changes in events are listed in a new window.

  2. Right-click an event to make your own changes to the events.

    A context menu opens (Fig. 41).

  3. Click Open to view more details about the event.

  4. Click New Event to add a new event.

    A selection mask opens in a new window (Fig. 42).

  5. Parameters such as date/time and status are set automatically. The process number is also assigned automatically and is linked to the entry on which you set New Event. Also make sure you are in the Problem description field (Create new event/1).

    Select the contact (Fig. 42/5) in the drop-down menu.

  6. Select the event type (Fig. 42/3) from the drop-down menu.

  7. Use the drop-down menu to set the priorityFig. 42(/4).

  8. Select the corresponding product (Fig. 42/6) in the drop-down menu.

  9. Describe the event in Description (Fig. 42/7).

  10. Add a file (if desired) (Fig. 42/8). Use the upper symbol Insert file or the lower symbol Files

  11. Confirm your entry with the symbol .
