The requirements set by this standard apply to internal business processes and to the qualification of Translators and Proofreaders. An important focus of ISO is to meet the normative requirements in accordance with customer requirements. The certification agency docConsult Zertifizierung UG, based in Bonn, confirms that kothes meets and in some cases even exceeds these requirements. This is regularly checked within the framework of annual monitoring audits.
