Tasks

The Sales department is responsible for the expansion and maintenance of our customers' business relationships. Four Key Account Managers and two office staff support our customers in all aspects of the Smart Information Life Cycle.

Our Key Account Managers act as Consultants and support our customers in finding the best solutions for their tasks. You will be supported by our office staff, who is the first port of call for your enquiries and ensures that these enquiries are answered promptly and by the right specialists.

Manuel Welter first studied Industrial Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering at the University of Paderborn. During his studies he took over responsibility for sales at a start-up in the field of photo recognition. His passion for sales led him to kothes and thus to technical documentation. After five successful years as a Key Account Manager in northern Germany, I returned to our headquarters in Kempen in 2021, to take over as Head of Sales and Marketing. As a digital native, he is particularly interested in the importance of documentation in the age of intelligent information and how it can be deployed efficiently to the benefit of users.
