Tasks

The main task of the Translation department is to translate the documents produced by our Technical Editorial offices or by our clients into foreign languages. The team consists of approximately 12 employees. The Translation Managers are responsible for handling translation projects from the enquiry to quality checks and delivery. They manage our pool of native-speaker Technical Translators who translate and maintain terminology throughout the world.

The DTP staff takes care of the correct typesetting of translated documents.

As the translation is organised centrally, the Translation team in Berlin looks after all clients for whom we perform translations.
